At Fifth Wheel Co. we know that the success of any event stems from good planning and we are delighted to announce that our Experience Weekend that took place on 7th and 8th October 2022 was very well attended by both potential and existing customers who really appreciated the value the weekend had to offer.
We had an exciting itinerary that included various activities:
- Viewings of our demonstrator products: Celtic Rambler, Dream Seeker, INOS Twin-Axle.
- An opportunity to view a selection of used products.
- Test drives.
- Factory tours.
- Hitching, unhitching, auto-levelling and slide out operation demonstrations.
- Opportunities to speak to current customers about their Fifth Wheel experiences.
With no set arrival time, customers were invited to visit any time during the opening hours, and we were thrilled to greet 83 people over the two-day period of which 33 people booked in prior to the event. Throughout the day, tea and coffee and light refreshments were available and Fifth Wheel staff were on hand to answer any questions and provide assistance.
To end the weekend on a high, everyone was invited to enjoy fabulous hot food, music and a quiz at The White House Hotel Restaurant and Spa and this was also well attended.
Sales Executive, George De Vera Davey said: “Overall the Experience Weekend was a huge success, which we also tied in with celebrating our 20th Anniversary. It is always great to welcome so many people to the factory & showroom here in Rhuallt. It gives people the opportunity to see how every one of our tourers are carefully hand-built. We’re delighted that 80% of our pre-owned stock was snapped up, along with 3 orders being placed for a new unit built in the factory”.
