Have your say: proposed expansion at Rhuallt Country Park

We're consulting the local community on proposals to expand Rhuallt Country Park, The White House and The Fifth Wheel Company on Holywell Road, Rhuallt — ahead of a formal planning application to Denbighshire County Council.

The proposed scheme includes new touring pitches across three fields, a dedicated new park entrance, additional storage and maintenance facilities for The Fifth Wheel Company, the conversion of the old mill building into staff accommodation, and new nature ponds, woodland and accessible paths open to visitors and the local community. The development would be delivered in three phases over three years.

Draft planning documents

This Pre-Application Consultation is a statutory requirement under the Planning (Wales) Act 2015. Your views will be reviewed by the project team and reported to Denbighshire County Council as part of the formal planning submission.
